Sicilian Pizza

Sicilian Pizza, or Sfincione, as my Grandpa Caro called it, is a nice thick, fluffy pizza almost more like Italian bread with the fresh ingredients pushed to the top of the dough and baked on our old stone oven ... It’s a true pizza of Sicily. It’s a bit of a change from the traditional thin crust pizza that we all know and love but delicious just the same.
